Slimming & Weight Loss

When you want to lose weight or are considering slimming down, the powerful combinations of Hypnosis, NLP and EFT/TFT are among the most effective strategies you can employ to become the size and shape you want to be. They help you change your unconscious habits, leading to easy, natural weight loss. This can lift your self-esteem, help you feel better about yourself and improve your health too.

There are many, many diets to choose from, and whilst they do work for some people, or work for a short while, their long-term success rate is very limited. You will have tried some of them before. You feel deprived whilst on them, they can feel like hard work, and you put the weight back on again soon after stopping the diet. When you think about it, if they really worked long term, you wouldn't need any new ones.

The only truly successful way to slim and lose weight is to get your unconscious habits in line with your conscious desires by removing emotional blocks... and that is what my slimming and weight loss sessions will do. You will have time to notice the changes and results as we go... you will find you naturally want to eat smaller portions or healthier options... without completely giving up things you enjoy. You will begin to enjoy the process of losing weight without having to think too hard about it.

Personal consultations take place here in Christchurch, usually during normal office hours (9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday). Initial consultations of 20-30 mins are free, if you would like one, so that you can get to know me and ask any questions you may have and so that I can let you know how I may best be able to help you. Similarly, you may book a full session and the first 20mins would be free.

Following your introduction, the first one or two sessions will be approx. one and a half hours in length at a rate of £50 per hr (£75 per session). Any subsequent sessions will be just one hour and the number required will depend on your particular circumstances. As a guide, the average number of sessions for weight-loss issues is three. This will all be explained during the initial consultation.
