Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Do you suffer from anxiety? Have you had a panic attack or worry that you might? Are you feeling anxious all the time?

The majority of issues clients visit me with include some level of anxiety or anxiousness. Even quite simple phobias can lead to chronic anxiety, especially when they prevent you carrying on a normal life. Likewise, persistent or repeated anxiety can lead to panic attacks if the symptoms become overwhelming to your system. Note it is the symptoms that cause the problem, not the event or situation, and this is where I can help you overcome them with the simple, gentle and highly effective treatments available.

A range of anxiety and panic attack treatment methods are available so you can stop feeling anxious - primarily TFT or EFT, NLP and Hypnosis for anxiety and panic attacks and NLP's 'fast phobia cure' for some simple phobias.

I know how debilitating the symptoms you may be experiencing are... anxiety or panic attacks disrupt a normal life... and I know you can be free of the pain and difficulty.

Personal consultations take place here in Christchurch, usually during normal office hours (9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday). Initial consultations of 30 mins are free, if you would like one, so that you can get to know me and ask any questions you may have and so that I can let you know how I may best be able to help you. Similarly, you may book a full session and the first half hour would be free.

Following your introduction, the first one or two sessions will be approx. one and a half hours in length at a rate of £50 per hr (£75 per session). Any subsequent sessions will be just one hour and the number required will depend on your particular issue - although many problems are resolved in just one or two sessions. As a guide, the average number of sessions is three, but may be from one or two to a maximum of six. This will all be explained during the initial consultation.
